Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 5 laptops and 5 monitors. The laptops must be Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250 or equivalent, and the monitors must be Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitor- U2424H or equivalent. The Master Contractor must be authorized by the manufacturer or distributor to provide services as of the date of the proposal. The proposal will be evaluated based on the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, mercury affidavit, and price.
* Key equipment requirements:
* 5 laptops: Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250 or equivalent
* 5 monitors: Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitor- U2424H or equivalent
* Equipment must be new and unused
* Master Contractor must provide estimated ship date/lead time for each item
* Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell
