Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide a firm‑fixed‑price contract for the upgrade, integration, testing, and support of audio/visual (A/V) equipment in Conference Room 329A at the VISN 8 Network Office in Tampa, FL. The contractor must supply new ceiling speakers, microphones, PTZ cameras, amplifiers, a credenza, all cabling (Cat 6), and perform installation, configuration, testing, and user training. Work must be completed within 120 calendar days after award, with a contract period running from 09‑14‑2026 to 09‑13‑2027. A site visit is encouraged (not mandatory) and a virtual kickoff meeting must occur within 10 days of award. The contractor must also deliver detailed design diagrams, a project management plan, and ongoing 24/7 support.
• Upgrade and install A/V hardware (speakers, microphones, cameras, amplifiers, credenza) and associated cabling.
• Perform integration with existing VA A/V systems, configuration, testing, and acceptance.
• Provide detailed wiring diagrams, system configuration drawings, and a Contractor Project Management Plan.
• Conduct virtual kickoff meeting and on‑site training for ~10 VA staff; deliver user guides and “how‑to” documentation.
• Offer 24/7 phone/email support and adhere to VA safety, NFPA, and ICRA standards.
• Deliver all equipment and complete installation no later than 09‑13‑2027.
