Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking quotes for the upgrade of audiovisual equipment in two suites (329 and 740) in the Tivoli Building. The project includes the removal of existing equipment and the installation of new equipment, including a network processor, control panel, amplifier, camera, PC, projector, microphone, ceiling speakers, and wiring. The vendor will be responsible for testing all equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly. The project is expected to be completed within four weeks from the issuance of the purchase order.
• The equipment to be installed includes a QSC CORE NANO network processor, QSC QIO-LVR4 control panel, QSC SPA-Qf 60x2 amplifier, Logitech TAPZOMBASELNV4 camera, and Panasonic PT-VMZ72U7 projector.
• The vendor must provide a sample certificate of insurance with their response.
• The vendor must have at least three years of experience in AV installation.
• The vendor must provide a list of three AV projects completed within the last two years.
