Description
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide weekly vending machine services. The county has approximately twenty-one food/beverage machines at various locations. The successful proposer will be required to provide vending machine services, including restocking and maintenance, and to pay a commission/rebate to the county. The term of the agreement is from May 9, 2026, to May 9, 2027.
• The proposer must be a recognized dealer in the materials/services specified and qualified to advise in its application or use.
• The proposer must submit a proposal that includes all required documents, including a non-collusion affidavit and a certificate of insurance.
• The proposer must agree to the general terms and conditions contained in the solicitation, including the requirement to furnish a performance bond or other form of bid security, if applicable.
• The proposer must be able to deliver and service all locations in the county within two business days after receiving an order.
• The proposer must be capable of notifying the county of partial shipments.
