MIDFLORIDA Event Center Catering Contract

The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking a qualified catering service provider to deliver high-quality food and beverage services for various events at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. The selected caterer will be responsible for providing full-service catering, including food preparation, delivery, setup, service, and cleanup. The caterer must also employ professional, trained, and uniformed staff for all catered events. Key features of the event center include two beautifully appointed ballrooms, a spacious grand lobby, a curated art gallery, and a 1,200+ square-foot commercial-grade catering kitchen. The caterer will be required to work closely with the event center's management team to coordinate event logistics and ensure prompt and courteous service to the public.
