Video Surveillance System Professional Services

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Milestone Video Surveillance System software maintenance, along with the maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment at various City facilities. The contractor will provide on-call services for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of Security Surveillance Camera Systems on an as-needed basis. The contractor must be a Milestone Authorized Partner for a minimum of three years and hold an Advanced Partner status in the Milestone Channel Partner Program. The contractor will provide transportation for all personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment to and from the job site. The contractor must comply with City of Raleigh on-site security and cybersecurity protocols. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace IP cameras, including resolving cabling issues and performing firmware updates. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Milestone Recording Servers, XProtect Clients, and the Milestone Management Server. • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues affecting Milestone XProtect. • Provide maintenance for Milestone Surveillance Camera Systems upon request by the City.
