25-260 Mid-day and After-hours Janitorial Services for the Bell Gardens DMV Field Office

The California Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide mid-day and after-hours janitorial services for the Bell Gardens DMV Field Office. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must be certified by the State of California as a Certified Small Business. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the services. The services include general cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance of the office, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and floors.
