Description
The United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory (USACAEL) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services/health care IT support for the Extract Lab Management System (ELMS). The contractor will be responsible for providing technical project management, requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, and quality assurance necessary for the effective completion of all requested USACAEL project requirements and services. The work will include continued operational support, maintenance, and enhancements to the web-enabled ELMS, as well as cybersecurity upgrades and certification/compliance renewals. The contractor will work with USACAEL to implement updates to ELMS and provide training to system administrators. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing technical project management and requirements analysis
• Designing, developing, and implementing ELMS enhancements and upgrades
• Providing quality assurance and testing services
• Ensuring compliance with security requirements and regulations
• Providing training and support to system administrators
• Maintaining a high level of operational availability and responsiveness for the ELMS system
