Description
The Maryland State Archives is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Dell EMC (Isilon) hardware renewal for their long-term digital preservation storage. The contractor will be required to provide four Dell EMC PowerScale Isilon A2000 nodes to expand the existing system. The nodes should have a minimum of 320TB total with 1600GB SSD and ProSupport with Next-Business-Day parts SLA. The contractor should be an authorized reseller for Dell EMC and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested. The contract will be for a period of 2 years. Some key points to note are:
* The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity to the extent limited by funding.
* Charges that are multiple years shall be provided at a per-year price.
* The Master Contractor shall not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
* The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
* The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell EMC.
* Bids must be received by the due date and time listed in the solicitation.
