Stage, Sound, Video, and Lighting Production for Addison Special Events

The Town of Addison is seeking a vendor to provide stage, sound, video, and lighting production for its special events, including Taste Addison, Addison Kaboom Town!, and Addison Oktoberfest. The vendor will be responsible for providing personnel, equipment, and stage management for each event. The events will take place in 2026, with specific dates and times listed in the RFP. The vendor must have experience providing similar services for large outdoor festivals and must be able to provide references.
