Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a contractor to provide Hive IQ, a secure collaboration and incident response platform, along with associated support services. The contractor will be responsible for providing software licensing, 24/7 technical support, hybrid training, and expert assistance to strengthen statewide cyber incident coordination. The contract will have a one-year base period with a one-year option period.
• The contractor must provide a secure, cloud-based collaboration and incident-response environment.
• The contractor must furnish software access, maintenance, and related professional support to ensure uninterrupted operational readiness.
• The contractor must ensure a smooth transition period upon contract start and furnish all deliverables.
• The contractor must provide continuous service availability throughout the contract term.
