Description
The State of Maryland's Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for their office located in Cambridge, MD. The contract will be for a 2-year base period with a 2-year option period. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning services, including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies. The contractor must have at least 2 years of experience providing janitorial services and must provide proof of insurance and references.
• The office is approximately 8,525 square feet and includes 15 smaller trash cans and one larger trash can.
• The contractor must arrive at 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to perform the services.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the most favorable bid price.
