Description
Texas Tech University is seeking a qualified Salesforce implementation partner to support the consolidation of its current multi-org Salesforce ecosystem into a single, fully functioning Education Cloud org. The project includes strategy, migration, re-architecture, integration, and change management to support a modern, unified digital experience for prospective students, current students, faculty, and staff. The ideal partner will have experience with Education Cloud, Data Cloud, and TargetX migration, as well as expertise in Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Student Success Hub.
• The project involves consolidating three Salesforce orgs into one, with a focus on Education Cloud and Data Cloud.
• The partner will need to provide a target-state architecture, migration strategy, and implementation roadmap.
• Change management, training, and adoption are crucial components of the project.
• The partner will need to work closely with TTU's internal Salesforce team and other stakeholders.
• The project requires a deep understanding of higher education and the ability to support a decentralized university environment.
