Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide fire alarm, suppression systems, and hood testing, inspection, and certification services at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS). The contract will be for a period of 5 years. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual fire alarm inspections, semi-annual kitchen hood inspections, and quarterly fire hydrant inspections, among other tasks. The contractor must have a NICET III certified Notifier technician on site to perform the work.
• Fire alarm inspections and testing
• Suppression systems inspections and testing
• Hood testing and inspection
• Quarterly fire hydrant inspections
• Semi-annual kitchen hood inspections
• Annual fire alarm inspections
• Monthly exit light inspections
The contractor will also be required to provide online reporting software and training to VA staff.
