PA Tourism Signing Trust Business Manager

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a Business Manager to provide independent oversight of the financial activities and interests of the Pennsylvania Tourism Signing Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Trust's financial activities, including contracting, engineering, construction, maintenance, repairs, and overall daily operation of the programs. The Trust was created to administer PennDOT's Logo Signing Program and Tourist Oriented Directional Signing Program, which provide a public service to travelers on PA highways and advertising opportunities for PA businesses. The Business Manager will be independent of PennDOT and any parties with a direct interest in the Trust or its activities. Some key responsibilities include: • Providing independent oversight of the Trust's financial activities • Administering the Trust's financial activities, including contracting, engineering, construction, maintenance, repairs, and overall daily operation of the programs • Completing special projects as requested by the Trust Board • Ensuring the Trust's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
