The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (STVHCS) is awarding a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract to GovSmart Inc. for the continued service, support, installation, training, and maintenance of VoiceBrook VoiceOver Pro dictation software used by anatomic pathology staff at the Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. The effort covers hardware (headsets, foot pedals, speech kits), software licenses, networked speech profiles, and on‑site/remote technical support for up to 12 workstations serving 6 pathologists, residents, fellows, and technicians over a base period plus four one‑year option periods. The contractor must provide a project manager, adhere to VA security requirements, and ensure all parts, labor, travel, and freight are included. • Service & support for VoiceOver Pro (software & hardware) for 12 workstations • Annual maintenance, same‑day telephone & remote support (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑1 am EST; Sat 9 am‑5 pm EST) • Installation, training, and ongoing upgrades for pathologists, residents, and administrators • All licenses, accessories, travel, and emergency on‑site repairs covered • Base period + four 12‑month option periods (up to 5 years total) • Work performed at South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, San Antonio, TX • Contractor must provide a project manager with full authority and meet VA security clearances.
