F20016 Conference Room 028

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a workstation, tables, and chairs for the F20016 Conference Room 028. The requirement includes a 100% SB set-aside under NAICS 337214 with a size standard of 1,100 employees. The contractor shall deliver the equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 20 March 2026. The delivery is required no later than 120 days after the award. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with some, none, or all offerors, or make no award at all depending upon the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. • The contractor shall provide a 30" x 84" workstation, 24" x 54" mobile flip-top tables, conference chairs, design services, and freight, receiving, delivery, and installation services. • The contractor shall ensure that all equipment provided meets the requirements stated in the SOW. • The contractor shall provide a complete description of the equipment provided in the quotation. • The Government will evaluate the quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable, provided that the price is determined to be fair and reasonable.
