3rd PARTY PRE-CONSTRUCTION HOME INSPECTION SERVICES

The Town of East Greenwich is seeking an independent 3rd party pre-construction home inspection firm to provide visual inspections to document existing conditions of buildings within a defined area. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform the services described in this RFQ/P in a professional and timely manner. Key responsibilities include providing a visible pre-existing conditions survey, written summation of findings, and scheduling all surveys with property owners.
