Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking a vendor to provide MassVoice Cloud - PSTN Connectivity and Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for a best-value, fully managed solution with continuous innovation and proactive best-practice recommendations. The solution must include 24x7x365 monitoring, repair, and support, including assistance with network and security troubleshooting. The preferred financial model is fixed monthly pricing per service location, with no one-time installation, onboarding, or equipment fees.
• The solution must be scalable to allow all Executive Branch Secretariats to use this offering for all office locations for Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity and Life Safety if requested.
• The solution must include secondary circuit solutions for survivability or special purpose uses.
• The solution must comply with HIPAA, PII standards, IRS Publication 1075, FedRAMP, CJIS, and SOC 2.
• The solution must include an administration portal with segmented agency-level admin accounts, with hierarchical privileges.
• The solution must have dedicated support and project management teams.
• The solution must include a Service Level Agreement with at least 99.999% (five nines) reliability.
