The City of Fresno Airports Department is seeking vendors to operate standard and specialty vending‑machine concessions at twenty identified locations across Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) and Fresno Chandler Executive Airport (FCH). The contract is non‑exclusive, allowing multiple vendors to serve different machines or product mixes. Vendors must provide 24/7 service, accept cash and electronic payments, meet ADA and TSA security requirements, and submit detailed sales data. Financial terms include a fixed rent of $43.60 per square foot per year plus 10 % of gross receipts after a $100/month minimum guarantee, with a three‑month security deposit or bond. The agreement runs for three years (with two optional one‑year extensions) for standard vending, while specialty concepts start with a one‑year trial and continue month‑to‑month thereafter.

• Evaluation based on concept/design (20 pts), financial plan (10 pts), management experience (35 pts), operations plan (25 pts), and customer‑service/marketing (10 pts), after meeting minimum qualification thresholds.
