SERVICES TO SUPPORT CONFERENCES IN KYIV, UKRAINE

The U.S. Embassy Kyiv is seeking a vendor to provide services to support two conferences, one on March 17, 2026, and another on March 19-20, 2026, in Kyiv, Ukraine. The vendor will be responsible for providing a conference room, technical support services, coffee breaks, buffet lunch, and mineral water. The conference room should have a minimum capacity of 100 people, be located in a 4-5 star hotel or conference center, and have easy public access. The technical support services should include AV equipment, video recording, and reliable internet connection. The vendor should also provide coffee breaks and buffet lunch for the participants. • The conference room should have a minimum size of 180 sq. m. • The vendor should provide a screen, built-in AV equipment, and 3 wireless microphones. • The vendor should provide video recording of the event in .MOV, .MPEG-2, .MPEG4, .MP4, .MPG, or AVI format. • The vendor should provide a reliable, high-speed wi-fi/internet connection. • The coffee breaks should include at least two types of non-sweet sandwiches and two types of sweet pastries. • The buffet lunch should include at least three types of cold starters, two types of salads, and two types of main courses.
