FY27 Groceries for Big Spring State

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a blanket purchase order for food and snacks for Big Spring State Hospital. The contract will be for a period of time, with an estimated historical spend of $32,226.36. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award.
