Food Svcs Concessionaire/Commercial Kitchen Operator at The Club at Woodbridge

The Township of Woodbridge is seeking a concessionaire to operate and manage the food services at The Club at Woodbridge, including a commercial kitchen and snack stand. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing food and beverages during athletic and public events, as well as operating the kitchen for commercial functions such as off-premises catering and take-out and delivery services. The contract will be for a period of 58 months, with a monthly rent payment due to the Township. The concessionaire will also be responsible for paying utility bills and maintaining insurance coverage. Key considerations for the evaluation of proposals will include the amount of monthly rent proposed, the qualifications and experience of the operator, and the ability to provide the required snack stand function and integrate commercial functions with the refreshment stand function. • The concessionaire will be required to operate the snack stand during all sporting and public events at The Club at Woodbridge. • The concessionaire will be permitted to utilize the kitchen for commercial functions, but must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability. • The concessionaire will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health codes, fire codes, and building codes. • The concessionaire will be responsible for paying a monthly rent payment to the Township, as well as utility bills and other expenses.
