Extend Closing Date: Whiteriver Service Unit Bulk Oxygen and Cylinder Rental Services

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide bulk medical gases delivery and cylinder rental services to the Whiteriver Service Unit. The contractor will be responsible for delivering medical gas cylinders, transporting them, and returning rental cylinders. The medical gas products must be readily available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The delivery of liquid medical oxygen may have two different delivery schedules depending on the responsible program/office duty hours. • The contractor must propose on an all or none basis. • Written proposals are required (oral offers will not be accepted). • This award will be a Firm Fixed Price. • The contractor must provide company information, including legal business/company name, UEI SAM#, POC, tel, email address, and federal tax ID#. • The contractor must acknowledge a 120-day acceptance period and identify those individuals authorized to negotiate with the Government.
