Custom Sign Fabrication Services

The County of Orange is seeking bids for custom sign fabrication services. The contract will involve the production and mounting of specific signage at various OC Parks facilities. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the provision, production, and mounting of the designated signs. The contract will be for a period of 365 days, and the contractor will be required to provide a warranty for all work against failure due to faulty materials, workmanship, fading, cracking, warping, delaminating, rusting, corroding, and structural failure for a period of one year from the date of acceptance by the County. Key aspects of the job include: • Producing and mounting signs according to the County's specifications and design drawings • Ensuring that all signs are made with high-quality materials and meet the required standards • Providing artwork, including films, typesetting, and variations in map art with graphic images, text, borders, and shapes • Complying with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and orders of any public authority having jurisdiction over this work • Maintaining a safe working environment and complying with the County's Safety and Loss Prevention Policy and Procedure #306 • Providing a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each hazardous substance used in the production and mounting of signs
