Description
Erie County’s Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate food‑and‑beverage services at the Grover Cleveland Golf Course. The contractor will run clubhouse and half‑way house concessions, may provide mobile cart service, and may install up to three vending machines and one ATM (subject to approval). All required health, liquor, and other permits must be obtained at the concessionaire’s expense, and the County will provide electricity and natural gas along with basic equipment. The contract is a three‑year term beginning around April 1 2026, with a minimum annual rent of $2,000 and the concessionaire retaining all sales revenue.
