Pahaska Concession Services

The City and County of Denver Parks and Recreation is seeking a concessionaire to operate indigenous-focused food and beverage, retail marketplace, and cultural programming concession services at the historic Pahaska facility in Lookout Mountain Park. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing a food and retail experience that honors and celebrates contemporary indigenous culture. The contract term is expected to be 3-5 years. Key responsibilities include: • Operating a restaurant and marketplace that showcases Native American cuisine and products • Providing educational and cultural programming that enhances visitor understanding of indigenous foodways and the history and culture of the American West • Managing and maintaining the concession site, including equipment and supplies • Coordinating with the Buffalo Bill Museum and Denver Mountain Parks on event programming and promotional activities
