Multipurpose Senior Services Program - Organizational Change Management

The California Department of Aging is seeking a contractor to provide organizational change management (OCM) services for the Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) Case Management project. The contractor will provide a roadmap for managing change, including baseline assessment, messaging and communication, implementation, and measuring success. The project aims to implement a single statewide case management system to support both CDA and MSSP Provider business operations. • The contractor will engage with internal and external stakeholders, including CDA staff, other government entities, and external MSSP Providers. • The contractor will provide OCM services based on fixed-price deliverables. • The contract term is anticipated to be two years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028. • The contractor must have a valid TDDC MSA contract issued by DGS prior to responding to the RFP. • The contractor must submit a response that includes all required attachments and information.
