Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print Santa Fe NHT Unigrid Brochures. The contractor will be required to print 1 brochure plus 50 QARC's, with a fixed price of $42,200.00. The brochures will be printed in 4-color process with some type reversing out to appear white, and will require a minimum of 175-line screen. The contractor will also be required to provide proofs, which must be created using the same Raster Image Processor (RIP) that will be used to produce the product. The contractor must also ensure that all proofs made are a direct representation of the electronic files, and that color fidelity is maintained.
• The contractor must submit a total quantity for the fixed price, and include separate unit pricing for each additional 100 copies.
• The contractor must also submit a cost for each additional 1000 copies.
• The contractor will be required to sign a statement certifying that copies were selected as directed, and to provide business reply mail labels for mailing the quality assurance random copies.
• The contractor will be required to deliver 30 copies prior to distribution, and to ship the ordered quantity of brochures to the addresses provided.
• The contractor must also notify the ordering agency/GPO with tracking information on the same day that the proof ships/delivers via e-mail.
