R--OCC Court Reporting Services (RFI)

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information on court reporting services for its Chief Counsel's Office (CCO) Business Unit. The OCC requires nationwide court reporting services, including digital court reporting, stenotype, videographer, and virtual court reporting services. Travel will be required for the resulting contract across the continental U.S. and its territories. The scope of work, tasks, and deliverables can be found in Attachment 2 Performance Work Statement. • The OCC is seeking information on company background, experience with court reporting services, and pricing structure. • Respondents must submit questions via email by February 6, 2026, and final RFI responses by February 13, 2026. • The OCC anticipates a combined contract type for one 1-year base and four 1-year option years. • The resulting contract will require the contractor to provide court reporting services across the continental U.S. and its territories. • The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
