The Maryland Center for School Safety (MCSS) seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a fully operational, customizable Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) event management platform for its annual School Safety Conference. The platform must support registration of at least 1,000 attendees, kiosk check‑in, badge printing, agenda management, speaker and exhibitor profiles, continuing‑education tracking, surveys, reporting, and a 24/7 support model. The contract is a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions, and includes optional art‑showcase functionality.
