MAINTENANCE SERVICE, HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC)

The City of Trenton is seeking bids for maintenance service, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for the Trenton Water Filtration Plant. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will be responsible for testing and inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and providing emergency response services. The contractor will also be required to furnish and install filters, belts, and other parts as needed. • The contractor will be required to test and inspect equipment on a quarterly basis. • The contractor will be required to perform preventive maintenance on equipment on a quarterly basis. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency response services within a two-hour time frame. • The contractor will be required to furnish and install filters, belts, and other parts as needed. • The contractor will be required to provide a typed quarterly report listing equipment inspected/tested and findings. • The contractor will be required to update the equipment inventory during the first quarter.
