Prequalification for Vertical Project Management Services

The City of Denton is seeking professional services for a Vertical Construction Project Management pre-qualified list. The City is requesting submissions to select at least one firm with demonstrated experience in providing Professional Project Management Services for Vertical Construction Projects. The selected firm will provide services including project/program management, financial management, construction management, and on-site quality assurance. The firm will be responsible for delivering high-quality project status reports, dashboards, and presentations, as well as coordinating with internal departments, external agencies, and community stakeholders. • The scope of work includes assisting in the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, as well as serving as a liaison for internal departments and external agencies. • The firm will be responsible for delivering high-quality, executive-level project status reports, dashboards, and presentations on a minimum monthly cadence. • The firm will also be responsible for coordinating and expediting the acquisition of rights-of-way, easements, permits, and geotechnical investigations required for successful project execution. • The firm will be required to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate project risks, issues, and opportunities using industry-standard risk registers and contingency planning. • The firm will be responsible for exercising rigorous financial oversight of project budgets, performing monthly cost-to-complete analyses, and recommending invoices and change orders for approval.
