LSU Athletics - Event Security & Services

The Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is seeking proposals for comprehensive event security and guest service staffing for all athletics events and special events hosted at LSU Athletic venues. The selected provider will be responsible for providing staffing for security positions and guest services positions at all events deemed necessary by the LSU Athletics Department. The scope of work includes security services, guest services, and gate operations for football and large-scale events, as well as security and guest services for all LSU Athletics venues outside of Tiger Stadium. • Security services include security supervisors, security guards, bag checkers, and magnetometer operators • Guest services include guest services supervisors, ushers, ticket takers, and elevator operators • The provider must demonstrate capacity to manage high-volume staffing across overlapping events • The provider must have supervisors and staff trained for high-risk crowd dynamics • The provider must ensure compliance with Louisiana security regulations and LSU Athletics' policies and procedures • The provider must provide a high level of customer service and maintain professionalism during events
