Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking a certified Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) to provide HVAC maintenance and repair services in San Bernardino County. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, disposal/recycling of waste, and incidentals required to maintain, repair, and restore HVAC systems on Caltrans-owned properties. The contract has a maximum allowable expenditure of $461,000.
• The contractor must have a valid and current C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor License issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
• The contractor must have a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
• The contractor must be a certified Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) with the Department of General Services (DGS).
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to prevailing wages, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
