Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 800 decals for the Employee Decal 2026 program. The decals must be 2" x 2" squares with a 1/8" white border, printed on opaque white 2 mil polyester/vinyl or clear 2 mil polyester/vinyl with an opaque white flood-coated background. The decals will have a purple square centered on them with type and box reversing to white, and consecutive serial numbering in black ink. The contractor must match the type size, style, and font of the provided sample artwork and change the year on the decal to "26". The contractor is also responsible for applying a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive to the face of the decal and providing a clear/transparent protective carrier with a slit for easy removal and mounting.

• Producing 800 decals with the specified design and materials
• Meeting the quality standards outlined in GPO PUB 310.1 and GPO PUB 310.2
• Providing a color proof and matching the furnished color swatch
• Delivering the decals to Acadia National Park by 01/05/2026
• Complying with the GPO Contract Terms and the specified standards for attributes
• Passing a pre-award survey to determine the contractor's responsibility and financial abilities
