2026 Tent, Table and Chair Rental

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide rental services for tents, tables, and chairs for the City's 2026 special events. The successful proposer will be required to provide these services as needed throughout the year. The proposal should include any proposed contractual terms that the proposer intends to request the City to include in the contract. The City reserves the right to incorporate terms and conditions contained in the Proposal provided it is not in conflict with the RFP. • The proposer shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, its employees, and agents from any liability for claims, damages, losses, and expenses. • The proposer shall maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance for all employees employed on the project. • The proposer shall withhold all City income taxes due or payable under the provisions of the Income Tax ordinance. • The proposer shall provide a plan and adequate resources to address telecommunications and computer systems breach.
