Family Support In-Home Case Management Services

The State of Tennessee’s Department of Children’s Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide Therapeutic Family Preservation and Reunification (TFP) services, specifically “Family Support In‑Home Case Management.” The work involves comprehensive assessment, weekly in‑home case management, linking families to community resources, parenting support, crisis response, and limited court testimony.
