TO PROVIDE MIGRATION TO SAP S4/HANA

Erie County’s Division of Information & Support Services is seeking a qualified vendor to migrate its existing SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 environment to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, implement SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Forecasting & Scheduling, and provide end‑to‑end project services including data migration, integration, testing, training, go‑live support, and post‑go‑live hyper‑care. The effort will cover all functional modules currently in use (Finance, HR, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Grants, etc.), require remediation of 1‑2 k custom Z‑programs, and must accommodate complex civil‑service payroll and multi‑bargaining‑unit requirements. The County expects time‑and‑expenses billing on a monthly basis with a blended‑rate proposal and an overall cost estimate. • Full‑life‑cycle migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (including SuccessFactors). • Data‑migration of ~1 TB database, 13 M financial documents, 250 k GL items, 5 500 ESS users, 83 k equipment records, and extensive custom code. • Integration with existing non‑SAP systems (OnBase, Aurigo Masterworks, banking interfaces) and support for Fiori mobile access. • Required staffing: SAP‑certified consultants (7‑10 yr experience), functional experts in FI/CO, HR, MM, PM/EAM, and U.S. citizenship or H‑1 visa compliance. • Billing: monthly time‑and‑expenses invoices; proposer must supply blended hourly rates and an estimated maximum project cost.
