Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to provide hotel event and venue services for the Interview Fundamental Batch 5-6 in Banten, August 2026. The services include meeting room, food and beverage services, and related support services for a full-day conference session. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
• The services will be provided from August 17-21 and August 24-28, 2026.
• The contractor must provide equipment, supplies, and technical support.
• The contractor must provide lodging accommodations and related services.
• The contractor must provide an itemized breakdown of all equipment, supplies, and additional services.
