HVAC Systems Services and Energy Management Austin State Hospital

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for HVAC system maintenance and energy management at Austin State Hospital. The contract will be for an initial term with the option for extension. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The response should include pricing information, bidder reference and contractor qualifications form, and other pertinent information. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state. • The bidder must have the financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB. • The bidder must submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations and Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet. • The bidder must also provide any other information they believe is pertinent to demonstrate their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
