The City of Pomona is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, install, operate, stock, and maintain snack‑ and beverage‑vending machines at multiple municipal locations for a five‑year term. The contract is a revenue‑share arrangement; the contractor retains all sales proceeds and remits a negotiated percentage of gross sales from the one commissioned Metrolink location to the City. The City supplies electricity; the contractor must supply machines equipped with credit‑card readers, provide security cages for the commissioned site, respond to service calls within 24 hours, repair machines within 2 days (or replace within 3 days), and perform weekly stocking and maintenance.
