HVAC MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS SERVICES

The Little Rock School District is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the complete and satisfactory maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. The proposed costs, fees, or expenses will weigh heavily in the award of any resulting contract but will not necessarily be the determining factor. Key responsibilities include: • Providing preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and modifications to HVAC equipment • Maintaining equipment to operate at the originally specified performance levels or better • Complying with industry standards and codes, including ANSI, ASTM, ASME, SMACNA, and ASHRAE • Providing qualified personnel, including a Controls Technician, Service Technician, and Technician Helper • Responding to emergency requests and providing crews to the District on an as-needed basis • Maintaining an adequate safety program to ensure the safety of contractor employees, subcontractor employees, and all other individuals working under this contract
