Description
The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is seeking bids for HVAC repair services for 248 units across six subdivisions. The successful bidder will provide emergency on-call repair services, including checking temperature splits, contactor coils, and wires, as well as replacing filters and performing other necessary repairs. The contract will be for a term of three years.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials.
• The contractor will be required to perform work in accordance with federal, state, and tribal laws, as well as industry best practices.
• The contractor will be required to obtain a Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community tribal business license and provide proof of insurance.
• The contractor will be required to provide a report of all repair services performed, including a list of materials used and labor hours.
