LEASE OF THE SNACK BAR CONCESSION STAND AT THE WINDING RIVER ICE SKATING RINK

The Township of Toms River is seeking bids for the lease of the snack bar concession stand at the Winding River Ice Skating Rink. The concession stand is available for lease for a period of one year, with the option for two one-year extensions or one two-year extension. The successful bidder will be responsible for operating the concession stand, including providing food, beverages, and related commodities. The minimum bid is $8,400.00 per season. The bidder will be responsible for all maintenance and repairs to the interior of the concession facility, including fixtures and appliances. The Township will maintain and repair the exterior of the facility, physical infrastructure, and utilities. • The concession stand is approximately 12 feet by 20 feet in size, with a front and side serving counter, fryer, grill, range, triple pot sink, ice machine, reach-in freezer, and 6-foot stainless steel work table. • The bidder must provide a sample menu with pricing as part of their bid submission. • The bidder must comply with all laws, regulations, and standards governing the cleanliness and safety of food-service operations and facilities. • The bidder must ensure that the facility is properly inspected and obtain, maintain, and conspicuously post all required health and safety permits.
