Vehicle Rental Services with drivers

The U.S. Embassy to Belgium is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle rental services with drivers for official visits in Brussels, Belgium. The contractor will be responsible for providing executive vehicles, including luxury sedans, mini buses, and buses, with drivers. The contractor will also be responsible for all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as vehicles, communication equipment, and all running expenses. The daily rates with drivers shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the work, including managerial costs, administrative costs, vehicles, drivers, communication equipment, and all vehicle operation expenses. The contractor will be required to provide a replacement vehicle equivalent to the type that requires replacement, due to accident, breakdown, or any other reason, within one hour of notice. • The contractor must provide vehicles with air conditioning and registration numbers before the vehicles are used. • The contractor must provide a range of vehicles, including sedans, vans, and buses, with different capacities. • The contractor will be evaluated based on timely delivery, quality of services, and responsiveness to issues or requests.
