Gwinnett County is seeking an authorized reseller to provide its Absolute Secure Access™ Mobility SaaS platform, including 2,385 licenses and 70 onboarding/adoption service units, plus ongoing support for county‑wide remote‑access needs across multiple departments. The contract is a fixed‑price, five‑year (initial term plus four optional one‑year renewals) agreement, awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bidders must submit a sealed, duplicate bid package by the September 21 2026 deadline, include required certifications (E‑Verify, non‑collusion, ethics), and demonstrate ability to deliver 24/7 technical support, account management, and multi‑channel ordering.
