Description
The Lowcountry Regional Transportation Authority is seeking proposals from qualified, professional technology vendors for Informational Technology Support Services, both onsite and remote. The contract will be for 3 years with a 1-year option to renew. The selected vendor will provide IT support services to Palmetto Breeze Transit. Key responsibilities may include:
• Providing onsite and remote IT support
• Managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure
• Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems
• Providing technical assistance and training to staff
• Developing and implementing IT strategies and plans.
