Executive Consultant Contract Position

The Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services is seeking one or two contract workers to provide executive-level consulting and support. The contractor will provide strategic planning, review and alignment of IT initiatives, and development, integration, and improvement of agency administrative processes. The term of the contract is one year, and the rate of pay is $62 per hour, not to exceed $74,400 per year. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience as a senior manager, director, or consultant at the executive level. Key responsibilities include: • Strategic planning • Review and alignment of IT initiatives • Development, integration, and improvement of agency administrative processes • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
