Professional Transit Management Services

The Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Rural Transportation Management Association (BCD-RTMA), doing business as TriCounty Link, seeks proposals to provide professional general management services for the operation, administration, and oversight of the TriCounty Link public transit system. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the transit system, including administration, finance, and customer service. Key responsibilities may include: • Managing the transit system's budget and financial planning • Coordinating with local governments and stakeholders to develop transit plans and policies • Overseeing the maintenance and operation of transit vehicles and facilities • Developing and implementing marketing and customer service strategies • Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations The ideal vendor will have experience in transit management, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
